Santiago junior Remaya Cambell won the annual “Blacks In Government”, “B.I.G”, Rhetorical and Website competition for region 9 of the association that consists of Southern California, Hawaii, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada.

Broad Awards $160,000 to Class of 2013

Last year the Broad Foundation promised a total of $150,000 in scholarships to eligible high school seniors in the Corona Norco Unified School District. May 15 that promise came true when seniors Alex Joo, Cameron O’Connor, Yessenia Barron and Arleen Vazquez were each awarded $20,000 from the Broad Foundation.

P Building Update

The new building that has been under construction since last June is almost done. The Corona-Norco Unified School District has designated the building as the “P” building instead of “U” as it was previously known. The building is set to be finished sometime in the beginning of August.

A Home of Scholars, Achievers and Champions

Santiago High School has again been successful in upholding its goal of educating scholars, achievers and champions this school year. The Santiago community will finish out the year, having having gained a myriad of accolades and awards that will further establish Santiago as a school of excellence and achievement.
